Every month, our head chef successfully creates a delicious 3-course menu - also at Christmas.
Menu for November/December:
- Smoked salmon with citrus mayo and egg yolk
- Roasted duck breast with sautéed red cabbage, walnuts and honey. Served with cherry sauce and white potatoes
- Rice a la mande with cherry sauce
