- Ceviche of hake with chive mayo and radish
- Roasted duck breast with sage, sauteed kale, pickled beech hats, strong cloud sauce with thyme and fried potatoes
- Carrot sorbet on a base of crispy spice cake

- Rimmed dark chocolate with pickled white and green asparagus and scallion oil
- Flank steak with baked cherry tomatoes, new potatoes and cloud sauce
